Kim Kardashian is officially engaged to New Jersey Nets basketball player Kris Humphries.They have only been dating for 6 months but Kim knew that he was the one.  “I didn’t expect this at all,” says Kardashian. Humphries waited for her in her bedroom on one knee and the words will you marry me written in Rose petals. He got her a custom-designed, 20.5-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond sparkler. He said he just knew it had to be big. (I’m sure Kim was ok with that). Later that evening they had a small private family dinner planned by Kim’s mother Kris Jenner.

“Kris really didn’t want a big celebration, but he had jokingly told my mom he’d be fine if there were mini-horses there,” says Kardashian tells People with a laugh. “Later that night at the party, my mom brought out two mini-horses, covered in glitter, for us! It was hysterical!”

Congrats to Kim she’s finally getting what she wanted!
