Kayla Goldberg is suing Kris Humphries for giving her HERPES! Goldberg claims that she met Humphries at The News Room Cafe in L.A. She says they exchanged numbers and later got together in his hotel room where they had sex multiple times including oral. She says Humphries never used a condom while they were together. She is suing for sexual battery claiming that Humphries knew he had the disease before getting with her.

She said days after they got together she started feeling a sore throat, aches and pains and her vagina was on FIYAHHH!!!!
